Job summary

Plain Vanilla Bakery seeks a Head of Store Operations to lead the operational performance across all stores in Singapore. You will partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to establish SOPs, training, audits and continuous improvement that scale as the business grows.

You will develop Business Managers, drive leadership capability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and food safety across all stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in multi-site retail, hospitality or F&B operations.
• At least 3 years leading managers across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of Plain Vanilla stores, ensuring standards and guest experience across all locations.
• Develop, coach and assess Business Managers; drive leadership development and succession planning.
• Oversee SOPs, training programmes, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Brand, HR, Finance and Central Kitchen to align priorities and deliver operational excellence.
