Plain Vanilla Bakery invites a strategic leader to serve as Head of Store Operations, guiding operational performance across all stores to uphold quality, hospitality and guest experience.

Reporting to the CEO, you will shape standards, training and audits, coach Business Managers, and drive continuous improvement to scale while safeguarding Plain Vanilla's renowned customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of Plain Vanilla stores, ensuring stores operate in accordance with SOPs and customer experience expectations.
• Partner with Business Managers to strengthen day-to-day execution, leadership capability and accountability across stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach Business Managers and teams, providing practical feedback and improvements.
• Lead openings, relocations and major initiatives ensuring teams are trained and stores are prepared for launch.
