Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a CAD Drafting/Facilities Coordination professional to conduct site walks, verify space usage, and update floor plans with accuracy. You will mark up drawings, support AutoCAD updates, and collect data from stakeholders for FM systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Able to read and understand floor plans and technical drawings.
• Experience in CAD drafting, drawing mark-ups or layout updates.
• Experience with commercial, industrial or healthcare interior/layout drawings preferred.
• Comfortable conducting onsite verification and measurements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to coordinate with stakeholders.
