Job summary

Intuit Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Drafter (MEP/Architectural/Structural) for a permanent role in the Central region. You will translate hand sketches and designs into CAD, produce shop and as-built drawings, and coordinate MEP and engineering plans.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 1 year of 2D CAD drafting experience, proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office. Revit knowledge for MEP is a plus. Salary up to SGD 4,200 plus variable bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings for technical accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Maintain filing, revision history, and archive project drawings.
• Prepare engineering documentation and drawing submittals for clients.
• Participate in project meetings and support drafting team workflows.

Job description

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a Drafter to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Drafter (MEP/ Architectural/ Structural)
• Location: Central
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm/ 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate handsketches, mark-ups, and process/mechanical designs into CAD systems.
• Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinate the integration of engineering and M&E plans.
• Review all drawings for technical accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company/ project quality standards.
• Maintain systematic filing, update revision history, and archive all project drawing files.
• Prepare engineering documentation and drawing submittals for clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings, provide timely technical support to the engineering team, and contribute to drafting methodologies and workflows.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Civil Engineering or its related discipline.
• At least 1 year of related experience as a 2D CAD drafter. A background in building, construction, structural, architectural, or MEP systems is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MEP drawing, AutoCAD software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Revit software for MEP system design is an added advantage.
