Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Drafter (MEP/ Architectural/ Structural) to join a construction-focused team in Central Singapore.

The role is permanent with standard Mon–Fri hours and a competitive salary package up to SGD 4,200 plus variable bonus. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 1 year of 2D CAD drafting experience in relevant disciplines. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP drawing is essential; Revit knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of 2D CAD drafting experience in building, construction, structural, architectural, or MEP.
• Proficient in MEP drawing, AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Revit for MEP design is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Translate hand sketches, mark-ups, and designs into CAD systems.
• Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinate MEP plans.
• Review drawings for technical accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintain filing, revision history, and archive project drawing files.
• Prepare engineering documentation and drawing submittals for clients.
• Participate in meetings and support drafting workflows.

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a Drafter to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent


• Position: Drafter (MEP/ Architectural/ Structural)


• Location: Central


• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm/ 9am to 6pm


• Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Translate handsketches, mark-ups, and process/mechanical designs into CAD systems.


• Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinate the integration of engineering and M&E plans.


• Review all drawings for technical accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company/ project quality standards.


• Maintain systematic filing, update revision history, and archive all project drawing files.


• Prepare engineering documentation and drawing submittals for clients and stakeholders.


• Participate in project meetings, provide timely technical support to the engineering team, and contribute to drafting methodologies and workflows.

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in Civil Engineering or its related discipline.


• At least 1 year of related experience as a 2D CAD drafter. A background in building, construction, structural, architectural, or MEP systems is highly preferred.


• Proficient in MEP drawing, AutoCAD software and MS Office.


• Knowledge of Revit software for MEP system design is an added advantage.
