Job summary

The Garcha Group is hiring at its Singapore properties to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a Front Desk/Guest Services Associate, you will meet and greet guests, escort them within the hotel, provide room orientation, assist with in-room dining and reservations, and coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure memorable stays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests upon arrival/farewell.
• Escort guests and luggage within the hotel premises and provide a room orientation.
• Assist with In-Room Dining, Restaurant Reservations, Reservations of Attractions for guests.
• Respond to guests and work closely with other departments within the hotel; Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B etc to provide the best service for hotel guests.
• Keep track and attend to guest preferences and requests (eg. Pillow type, room temperatures, wake-up times).
• Coordinate special food requests (eg. dietary needs etc.).
• Be familiar with and promote hotel facilities, provide destination information and local recommendations.
• Be available for guest needs at any time during their stay.
• Report and document any guest incidents, accidents or unusual occurrences in line with company procedures.
• Upholding the highest standards of etiquette, service, and professionalism
• Handle matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Any other duties / tasks as requested by management.
