Job summary

Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd is hiring for a senior solutions leader in Singapore to drive design and delivery of enterprise solutions. The role combines architecture, pre-sales, and tender leadership to align with business strategy and growth objectives.

You will oversee a team, manage projects, and collaborate with sales and stakeholders to define scope, timelines and compliance, while leveraging both in-house development and vendor solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in solutions development, pre-sales, or related roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing solutions that drive business growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership to direct and groom a team of executives in the solution team.
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution is a key advantage.
• Experience in sectors such as defence, public safety & security, government and enterprise sectors is a key advantage.

• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to define scope of work, level of compliance, proposed project implementation and timelines, to achieve a holistic and complete solution to meet the needs and strategy of business submission.

• Work with the sales team to achieve robust and competitive solutions leading to wins.
