Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
• Manage end-to-end solution delivery from concept to post-launch support.
• Collaborate with IT, operations and finance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed solution documentation and implementation plans.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to communicate value propositions and progress.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions.
• Monitor performance and KPIs to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentoring to junior team members and develop technical expertise.

Job description

• Salary Range: $6000 - $6500
• Listed Company
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle bus provided)
• Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5.30pm)

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technology solutions that address organisational needs
• Manage end-to-end solution delivery, from initial concept through implementation and post-launch support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain detailed solution documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents and implementation plans
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and presentations to communicate solution value propositions and progress updates
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend technology enhancements to optimise business operations
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions to support business objectives
• Monitor solution performance and key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement and return on investment
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members and support the development of technical expertise within the team

The Ingredients for Success:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in solutions development, pre-sales, or related roles
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution is a key advantage.
• Experience in sectors such as defence, public safety & security, government and enterprise sectors is a key advantage.
