Assistant Manager, Digital Solutions and Services Centre (DSSC)

Employment Type: Contract

Monthly Salary: Up to $6,500

- 1 year contract (renewable)
- Up to $6,500
- Mon – Fri: 8am – 5.30pm
- Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project & Development Management

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of R&D and deployment projects.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on technical and delivery milestones.

2. Product Go-To-Market (GTM)

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for DSSC products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Support capability demonstrations and exhibitions (e.g., IMDEX, Singapore Airshow).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and feedback loops.
• Lead cross functional team that consists of engineers and developers in robotics and AI domains.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration across software, automation, and data analytics functions.

4. Process & Quality Assurance

• Implement and monitor SOPs, configuration/change control, and release management protocols.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and cybersecurity policies.

Period:

• 1 year contract (renewable)

• Mon – Fri: 8am – 5.30pm

Job Requirements:
