Enggsol Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned specialist to lead solution design, development, and bid management, ensuring projects align with business strategy and deliver value. You will architect applications leveraging a mix of in-house development and vendor solutions, oversee RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, and drive a cross-functional team toward winning proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in solutions development, pre-sales, or related roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful solutions that drive business growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership to direct and groom a team of executives in the solution team.
• Experience in project management is a key advantage.
• Experience in sectors such as defence, public safety & security, government and enterprise sectors is a key advantage.
