You will drive business development, manage key client relationships and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects to ensure timely execution and high service quality. The role requires strong leadership, planning and cost-control skills, with the ability to align operations with customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience in business management, logistics, warehouse operations, construction, painting or related service industries.
• Experience preparing quotations, costing and project schedules will be an advantage.

Job Description

The Business Manager will oversee and coordinate the company’s business operations, including logistics, warehouse services and the development of painting and related service activities. The role will be responsible for business development, customer management, operational planning and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations across logistics, warehouse and painting service activities.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify potential customers and prepare business proposals, quotations and service agreements.
• Coordinate logistics, warehouse and painting projects to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Plan manpower, resources, materials and equipment according to operational requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and service providers.
• Monitor project costs, revenue, expenses and overall business performance.
• Oversee painting and maintenance projects, including scheduling, quotations, materials and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure work is carried out according to customer requirements, agreed specifications and project schedules.
• Supervise operational staff and coordinate work assignments.
• Review operational processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare business and operational reports for management.
• Support the company's expansion into new services and markets.
• Ensure business activities comply with applicable Singapore laws, regulations and industry requirements.
• Perform other management and business development duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in business management, logistics, warehouse operations, construction, painting or related service industries.
• Experience in business development, customer relationship management and project coordination.
• Experience preparing quotations, costing and project schedules will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple operations and manage external suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
