We are an established Singapore-incorporated Private Limited company operating in the construction industry. We are looking for a highly capable and versatile Manager to lead our day-to-day operations, administrative processes, project coordination, and financial control functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Operations: Oversee day-to-day operational schedules, resource allocation, and departmental workflow to ensure company objectives are met efficiently.
• Commercial & Quotation Management: Review client tenders, prepare commercial quotations, coordinate pricing strategies, and manage negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Financial & Accounts Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams to manage project budgets, oversee invoicing, track accounts receivable/payable, and assist with financial reporting.
• Process & Compliance: Ensure company practices comply with relevant local regulatory requirements, statutory filings, internal control procedures, and company policies.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Manage and support operational and office staff, act as a primary point of contact for external clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Performance Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present operational and management performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant managerial or supervisory experience in Singapore.
• Proven track record in operational management, client vendor coordination, or business administration.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial budgeting, quotation preparation, and basic accounting workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
