Xingang Investment Pte Ltd is actively seeking a seasoned Business Loan Relationship Manager to expand its SME financing business in Singapore. You will build lasting relationships with SME clients and referral partners, assess financing needs, and coordinate loan applications from submission to disbursement.

You will manage your own portfolio, pursue new opportunities, and drive growth with a focus on delivering secured and unsecured working-capital solutions in a supportive, career‑oriented

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of SME financing, business loan sales or related experience.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and loan origination.
• Solid understanding of SME financing, credit assessment and business operations.

• Develop new business opportunities and establish long-term SME client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with SME clients and referral partners.
• Understand clients' financing needs and recommend appropriate unsecured working-capital solutions.
• Conduct preliminary credit assessments and coordinate loan applications through to successful disbursement.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio while developing sustainable business opportunities.
• Achieve a monthly loan disbursement target of S$350,000, subject to company credit policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SME financing, business loan sales or commercial lending.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition and loan origination.
• Good understanding of SME financing, credit assessment and business operations.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Independent, proactive, results-oriented and committed to professional growth.
