Job summary

JIHECANG is seeking a bubbly Sales & BizDev teammate to turn conversations into partnerships across Singapore’s vibrant F&B scene. You’ll pitch to bars, restaurants, and retailers, onboard new accounts, and move deals from initial pitch to orders and delivery.

Fresh grads are welcome. Expect a base salary SGD 2,500–3,500 with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, a fast-paced, no-bureaucracy culture, and room to grow by closing deals and shaping the brand’s local presence.

Qualifications

• Fresh grads and newbies are welcome; no prior experience required.
• Outgoing personality with ability to approach venue staff confidently.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and target-oriented mindset.
• Interest in Singapore's F&B and nightlife scenes.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and onboard new F&B spots, bars, and retail stores across Singapore.
• Build real relationships with owners, managers, and buyers.
• Handle pitches, quotations, orders, and ensure delivery.
• Support at tastings, pop-ups, and brand promos.
• Monitor trends in Singapore's drinkers and adapt strategies.

• Be Part of the Action: Help out at exclusive tasting sessions, pop-ups, and brand promos.

• Spot the Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of what Singapore's drinkers are loving next.
