Job summary

Sciente International Pte Ltd invites a self-starter to join as a Business Digital Development Manager in Singapore. You will grow the data exchange highway technology by leading end-to-end projects, evaluating markets, and building trusted partnerships with stakeholders.

You will develop new business opportunities, align customer objectives with technology solutions, and drive programs from conception to launch with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in IT, business or engineering.
• At least 5 years in business development, account management, partner management or presales in technology.
• At least 3 years in a customer-facing role to resolve business problems via technology solutions.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to build relationships with industry stakeholders/value chain partners.
• Experience in new market development and go-to-market strategies for new tech deployments.
• Strong multitasking and ability to translate concepts into executable plans; drive projects to launch and success.
• Solid understanding of forefront technologies (AI, robotics, data analytics, cybersecurity, IoT).
• Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a diverse range of projects and initiatives to drive long-term growth and adoption.
• Develop new business opportunities by evaluating projects, technologies, markets, partners and industry players.
• Understand customer objectives and act as trusted partner to assess technology maturity and applicability.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet program objectives and grow accredited companies.
• Bridge between customer and organization to plan and launch projects from conception to completion.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure rigorous evaluation processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks during program evaluation and planning.
• Assist in planning and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to take end-to-end ownership of a diverse range of projects and initiatives driving development and implementation of mid to long term strategy to drive organization growth and adoption;
• Develop new business opportunities by evaluating projects and technologies, potential markets, business partners and industry players;
• To understand customer's business objectives and challenges and be their trusted partner to expand and assess the maturity, viability and suitability of different technologies and their applicability to resolve industry problems;
• Involve with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill program objectives with right needs resulting in the growth of the accredited companies;
• As the bridge between customer and organization to develop executable plans in bringing projects from conception to launch, driving implementation to success;
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional team to align with high standard complete evaluation process;
• Access and mitigate risks for all potential program and company during evaluation;
• Assist in planning and reporting activities to senior management.
