Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support the Company's marketing and business development activities. The role will be responsible for strengthening market presence, developing business opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships and supporting corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development

• Develop and implement marketing and business development activities to support business growth.
• Identify potential clients, new business opportunities and relevant market segments.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
• Assist in developing marketing plans and initiatives based on market opportunities and business objectives.
• Prepare company profiles, presentations, proposals and other marketing materials.
• Support business development activities and follow up on potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, corporate events, networking activities and client engagement initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other industry stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and business needs.
• Attend meetings, networking sessions, industry events and other business-related activities when required.
• Gather market and client feedback and share relevant information with the management team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and follow-up on client requirements.

Proposal & Marketing Support

• Prepare and maintain company presentations, brochures, proposals and other corporate materials.
• Ensure marketing and proposal materials are accurate, up to date and aligned with the Company's capabilities.
• Maintain records of clients, business contacts, potential opportunities and relevant market information.
• Assist with the preparation of project-related marketing content and case studies.

Corporate Communications & Branding

• Support the development and maintenance of corporate branding and communication materials.
• Ensure consistency in the Company's external communications and marketing materials.
• Coordinate corporate photography, marketing content and other promotional materials where required.
• Assist in promoting the Company's capabilities, experience and business activities through appropriate channels.

Market Research & Analysis

• Monitor developments and trends within the construction and M&E industry.
• Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, market segments and business opportunities.
• Analyse market information and provide relevant insights to support business decisions.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
• Support management in evaluating potential business opportunities and market initiatives.

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with relevant internal teams to obtain information required for marketing, proposals and business development activities.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure information is accurate and activities are completed within the required timelines.
• Support management with marketing, business development and other related projects or assignments as required.
