• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and follow‑up on client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain company presentations, brochures, proposals and other corporate materials.
• Ensure marketing and proposal materials are accurate, up to date and aligned with the Company's capabilities.
• Maintain records of clients, business contacts, potential opportunities and relevant market information.
• Assist with the preparation of project‑related marketing content and case studies.
• Support the development and maintenance of corporate branding and communication materials.
• Ensure consistency in the Company's external communications and marketing materials.
• Coordinate corporate photography, marketing content and other promotional materials where required.
• Assist in promoting the Company's capabilities, experience and business activities through appropriate channels.
