Job summary

Talent First Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven business development professional to lead expansion across international markets, with emphasis on the Middle East. Based in Singapore, you will drive sourcing, distributor partnerships, and sales cycles for power generation equipment and industrial machinery.

You will travel overseas as needed, build a strong pipeline, and coordinate with technical teams on pricing, proposals, and project coordination to deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in B2B business development or regional sales for industrial equipment.
• Background in power generation, energy storage or construction machinery preferred.
• Experience engaging overseas distributors and contractors is advantageous.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and events.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills with a commercially driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead business expansion initiatives across international markets, particularly the Middle East.
• Source and develop new business opportunities with distributors, equipment rental providers, contractors and industrial clients.
• Market and promote power generation equipment, energy storage solutions and industrial machinery to overseas customers.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to commercial negotiations and deal closure.
• Establish strategic partnerships and strengthen regional distribution networks.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams on product requirements, pricing, quotations and project coordination.
• Evaluate market developments, industry trends and competitor activities to identify commercial opportunities.
• Attend international trade exhibitions, industry networking events and client meetings to expand business presence.

• Salary: From S$8,000/month
• Location: Singapore (Overseas Travel Required)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Requirements

• Experience engaging overseas distributors, equipment dealers, contractors or rental companies will be advantageous.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers, negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.
• Familiarity with international business development and distributor network management is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills with a commercially driven mindset.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing sales opportunities independently.
• Comfortable travelling internationally for customer meetings and business development activities.
• Knowledge of the Middle East market will be an added advantage.
