Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager, Business Development to drive new business across freight forwarding and contract logistics. You will leverage an extensive network and market insight to grow multiple product lines and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years in freight forwarding with a proven sales track record, leadership experience, and appetite to expand in the Chinese market. Mandarin ability is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate:

• More than 3-6 years of experience in freight forwardingwithstrong business developmentandsales background.
• More than 2 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Excellent sales record and achievements in a freight forwarding background is a plus.
• Ability to speak mandarin is a plus as the role will include overseeing the Chinese market.
• Individuals that are hungry to join a sales environmentand has the drive to bring in accounts is a plus.
• The title of the role will commensurate experience.
