Job summary

Talent First is seeking a results-driven B2B sales professional to grow our Battery Energy Storage Systems business across the Middle East. You will identify distributors, rental firms, EPCs and end customers, and drive negotiations from prospecting to orders while building a strong pipeline.

You will work closely with the CEO on pricing and deal strategies, represent the company at client meetings and industry events, and travel regionally to foster partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience in machinery, industrial equipment, power systems or related technical solutions.
• Experience selling to distributors, rental companies, EPCs or channel partners is highly preferred.
• Strong track record in new business development, negotiations and closing deals.

• Drive B2B sales from prospecting and commercial negotiations to trial orders and purchase order closure.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, prioritising prospects with strong conversion potential.
• Develop distributor partnerships and expand market reach through targeted sales activities.
• Work closely with the CEO on pricing, commercial proposals and deal strategies.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry exhibitions and regional business discussions.

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience in machinery, industrial equipment, power systems or related technical solutions.
• Experience selling to equipment rental companies, distributors or channel partners is highly preferred.
• Strong track record in new business development, commercial negotiations and closing deals.
• Experience in the Middle East market is an advantage.
• Commercially driven, independent and results-oriented, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally for business development.
