Job summary

NRS RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Sales & Projects Leader in Singapore to drive sales strategy, lead a team of sales executives, and close major regional deals in the construction sector.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver on revenue targets and project opportunities. The role requires strong site management experience, ability to read technical drawings, and a commercial mindset to identify and secure valuable projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or project management.
• Strong hands-on site management experience and ability to manage projects independently.
• Proficient in reading construction/architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, safety, quality standards, and execution.
• Experience in cost control, subcontractor coordination, progress claims, and documentation.
• Effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Sales-minded and commercially aware with ability to develop business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop sales plans aligned with client segmentation and revenue goals.
• Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, mentor, train, and manage sales executives to hit KPIs.
• Client Acquisition & Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close major regional deals.
• Relationship & Channel Management: Build rapport with stakeholders and manage channels.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze demand, competitors, and trends to adjust tactics.
