Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed tertiary diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• Able to commit Full-time for minimum 4 months.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
• AI skills such as ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot are an advantage.
• Highly motivated, team-oriented and eager for self-development.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Managers in preparing sales reports.
• Support policy administration for new business and renewals, including case logs and documentation.
• Help plan and run recruitment, training and events.
• Support process transformation and automation initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Take on additional duties to optimise the business development workflow.
