Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed tertiary diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.

• AI skills such as ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot are an advantage.

The role involve supporting the Agency Business Development team to expand their General Insurance distribution and achieved the planned sales targets.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Assist the Business Development Managers in the preparation of sales reports
• Support the Business Development team’s policy administration needs (new business and policy renewals process, including case log, cover note, placement instructions and documentation follow ups)
• Support the planning and execution of recruitment, training and events.
• Support process transformation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
• Any other duties as required to facilitate and optimise the business development process.

Capabilities and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or have completed a tertiary diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Able to commit Full-time for min. 4 months.
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skill, both written and spoken.
• Possess computer competency such as MS office software applications, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
• AI-Skills e.g. ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot an advantage.
• Highly motivated individual keen on self-development as well as working together as a team.
