We are seeking a Business Development Executive to grow the caregiving business by building client relationships and coordinating service delivery with caregivers and partners.

You will identify potential clients, respond to enquiries, conduct outbound calls, and lead meetings to present services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM/database systems for client and service management.
• Effective communication skills to engage with caregivers, families, and business partners.
• Comfort with cold calling, prospecting, and meeting new people to drive business development.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients requiring caregiving and related support services to expand the customer base
• Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective clients and assess their caregiving needs accurately

• Arrange and lead meetings to present caregiving services to prospective clients and community partners

• Maintain accurate records of clients, caregivers, enquiries, and placements for operational efficiencyAssist in resolving day-to-day service issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM/database systems for client and service management

Preferred competencies and qualifications
