Job summary

MAIDCITY RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for Sales Consultants to handle customer inquiries, promote caregiver/MDW services, and interview candidates for employers. You will deliver prompt service, follow up on enquiries, and work toward sales targets in a dynamic agency setting.

We value CEI certification or willingness to obtain it, along with 1 year of related experience. Nursing/caregiving backgrounds are advantageous for caregiver placements.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Employment Intermediaries (CEI) or willingness to certify
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience
• Able to work independently
• Sales & Customer oriented
• IT & Social Media Savvy
• Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills
• Direct industry experience is an advantage
• Nursing/caregiving backgrounds are an added advantage for caregiver placements
• Nurses planning for a career change are welcome

Roles & Responsibilities We are a licensed employment agency in Singapore and currently we have offices in Kovan, Clementi & Toa Payoh. We are expanding and also branching into the deployment of Nursing/Caregiver MDWs. We are looking for Sales Consultants to join us.

Job Description:

• Attend to customers & sales enquiries
• Deliver prompt, efficient and quality service to customers
• Follow up with customers on their enquiries and feedback
• Interview and recommend suitable candidates to employers
• Work towards achieving the sales target
