You will source through job portals, social media, referrals, and community networks, screen and interview candidates, and coordinate onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth caregiver integration.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid CEI.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit caregivers through multiple channels to build a talent pool.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding and deployment processes.
• Maintain an active database and pipeline of caregivers.
• Engage with caregivers to support retention and address concerns.
• Collaborate with operations to match caregivers to client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, caregivers, and placements.
