Job summary

CELECTI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join its growing team. You will manage relationships with existing customers and pursue new sales opportunities to drive growth.

Responsibilities include meetings, price and term negotiations, understanding client needs, and reporting on activity. Fresh graduates with a Diploma in Marine or related fields are welcome; 2 years of sales experience is preferred and marine industry experience is a plus.

• Fresh graduates with a Diploma in Marine, Maritime or related disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Min. 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the marine industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop potential business leads
• Arrange and conduct meetings with existing and prospective customers
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and contractual agreements
• Understand customers’ business needs and provide suitable solutions
• Monitor market trends, industry developments and potential business opportunities
• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry events
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements
• Prepare sales activity, pipeline and business development reports
• Contribute to sales targets and overall business objectives

• Salary: Up to S$5000 (commensurate with experience)


• 5 Day Work Week: Mondays – Fridays: 8:30AM – 5:45PM
