Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, M&E, Business or related field.
• Min 2–5 years in M&E or electrical engineering BD.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's construction/M&E market.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD plans to drive revenue.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and partners.
• Conduct market research on trends and potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Maintain accurate client data, forecasts and reports.
• Contribute to BD strategies, marketing plans and brand positioning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
