nstory PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Business Development Executive in Singapore to acquire new F&B clients for our Table Ordering solution, with NEON reservation system as a secondary product. You will identify and approach outlets, demonstrate how our solutions improve operations, and close new accounts.

You will manage the full sales cycle, travel to outlets, and build a strong pipeline to drive growth. This role offers a monthly salary plus a commission scheme, with a 3-month probation.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Good understanding of F&B operations and POS systems; SaaS or F&B tech experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, field sales and walk-in prospecting.

• Identify and approach new F&B businesses across Singapore.
• Drive sales of Table Ordering as the primary focus and NEON reservation system as a secondary product.
• Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations and presentations to F&B owners and operators.

• Handover closed accounts to onboarding for smooth implementation.

About nstory

nstory is a Singapore-headquartered technology company providing NPOS, a POS and store management solution for F&B businesses. Alongside NPOS, we offer Table Ordering and NEON, our reservation system, to help F&B operators serve guests faster and run their outlets more efficiently.

The Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to acquire new F&B clients in Singapore. This is a new business role focused on our Table Ordering solution, with NEON reservation system as a secondary product. You will identify and approach F&B outlets, demonstrate how our solutions improve their operations, and close new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and approach new F&B businesses across Singapore (restaurants, cafes, bars, food courts and F&B chains)
• Drive sales of Table Ordering as the primary focus, and NEON reservation system as a secondary product
• Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations and presentations to F&B owners and operators
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and quotation to negotiation and closing
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and report activities and progress regularly
• Hand over closed accounts to the onboarding and account management teams for smooth implementation
• Track market trends and competitor offerings in the F&B technology space

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in new business acquisition
• Good understanding of F&B operations and POS systems; experience selling POS, QR / table ordering, F&B technology or SaaS solutions is a strong advantage
• Comfortable with cold outreach, field sales and walk-in prospecting
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently
• Willing to travel to F&B outlets across Singapore

• Monthly basic salary of SGD 2,700 – 3,200 (commensurate with experience)
