Job summary

Bizhub Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to identify and secure recruitment opportunities, presenting manpower solutions, and driving proposals that convert inquiries into partnerships.

You will coordinate with the recruitment team to source suitable candidates, arrange interviews and onboarding, and contribute to overseas recruitment events to expand our regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies needing recruitment solutions.
• Follow up on sales leads, enquiries, referrals and prospective client accounts.
• Prepare and present recruitment solutions, proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with recruitment team to source and present candidates to clients.
• Follow up on candidate submissions, interviews, job offers and onboarding progress.
