Job summary

Cs21 Design in Singapore is seeking a driven sales professional to strategise with business line leaders, target key client opportunities and drive revenue growth for the local market.

You will lead strategic and business development meetings, hit sales targets, and secure new projects by working closely with interior designers, architects, and dealers to close orders and develop new business in the Singapore division.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of sales experience in interior fit-out/retail fit-out.
• Strong contacts with interior designers, architects, main contractors, direct clients & others.
• Experience in commercial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategise with business line leaders for client opportunities and revenue in the Singapore business.
• Drive strategic and business development meetings.
• Hit sales targets and secure new projects.
• Work closely with interior designers and architects.
• Collaborate with dealers to close orders.
• Develop new business and new market development of the assigned division in Singapore.
• Attend preliminary sales and site meetings to obtain drawings and design briefs from clients.

Requirements:

• Have good contacts with Interior Designers, Architects, and Main Contractors, Direct client & etc.
• Prefer relevant experience in commercial Projects
• Strong Personality Trait, fast proactive, ambitious, strong initiatives.
