Job summary

CS21 DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven sales professional for its Singapore team to drive interior fit-out opportunities and secure new projects.

You will strategise with business line leaders, build relationships with interior designers, architects, and main contractors, and lead business development meetings to hit targets. You will work closely with dealers to close orders, develop new markets, and gather design briefs from clients during site meetings.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of sales experience in interior fit-out/retail fit-out.
• Contacts with interior designers, architects and main contractors.
• Experience in commercial projects preferred.
• Strong, proactive personality with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Strategise with business line leaders for key client opportunities and revenue opportunities for the Singapore business
• Drive strategic and business development meetings
• Hit sales targets and secure new projects
• Work closely with interior designers and architects
• Work closely with dealers to close the orders
• Develop new business and new market development for an assigned division in Singapore
• Attend preliminary sales and site meetings to obtain drawings and design briefs from the client

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of sales experience in interior fit-out/retail fit-out.
• Have good contacts with Interior Designers, Architects, and Main Contractors, Direct client & etc.
• Prefer relevant experience in commercial Projects
• Strong Personality Trait, fast proactive, strong initiatives.
