Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Willingness to learn and start with no experience if eager to grow.
• Experience in sales or business development is advantageous.
• Familiarity with URA/HDB/SCDF/SFA guidelines is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn facilities management.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and resilient.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
