Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable professional to lead business development and manage projects within our client-focused team.

You will prepare and execute action plans, analyze ventures, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive revenue growth across assigned verticals. This role requires a diploma or degree in business/management, proven project management experience, and familiarity with B2B sales.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management.
• Successful track record in Project management.
• Some understanding of B2B sales.
• Valid class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
• Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales structure, and best practices across the company.
• Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis.
• Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
