Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a structured real estate professional to assist Japanese expatriates in finding homes in Singapore. You will conduct property viewings, handle tenancy paperwork, and guide clients through lease processes while coordinating with HR for move-ins via WhatsApp.

The role requires CEA Salesperson license, business-level Japanese, and experience in real estate or customer-facing services. Weekend work is possible; AWS and performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid CEA Salesperson License is required.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency and familiarity with Japanese business culture.
• Experience in real estate or property-related services.
• Background in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Experience with Japanese corporate clients or expatriates is preferred.
• Able to work on weekends when needed.
• Strong time management, pro-active and initiative.
• Customer-centric and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Assist Japanese expatriates and their families in searching for residential properties
• Conduct property viewings with clients (transportation provided via company vehicle)
• Handle legal documentation and tenancy preparation
• Prepare and process tenancy agreements, termination notices, and related documentation
• Provide consultative support throughout the leasing and move-out process
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, communicating mainly via WhatsApp
• Coordinate with HR representatives of Japanese corporations regarding employee move-in procedures
• Work with the local operations team for internal administrative processes
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid CEA (Council for Estate Agencies) Salesperson License
• Japanese language proficiency (business level or above) and familiarity with Japanese business culture to liaise with internal stakeholders and commercial customers.
• Experience in real estate or property-related services
• Background in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred
• Experience working with Japanese corporate clients or expatriates is preferred

Compensation
