Job summary

China Railway First Group Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch is seeking a seasoned professional to manage pre-qualification and tender documentation, conduct market research, and maintain the client/project knowledge base.

You will assist in project strategy sheets and client financial reports, and provide regular evaluations to our Head Office in China. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/engineering.
• Familiar with PQ, tender, contract award processes across Asia Pacific.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile pre-qualification and tender documentation.
• Conduct market research for new business opportunities.

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• 1. Responsible for preparation and compilation of all pre-qualification and tender preparation documentations (Tender/PQ requirements, Contract Award, Extension of Time (EOT) requests, Form of Tender, general support, etc.)
• 2. Responsible for doing market research for new business opportunities such as gathering early information on potential projects from business networks and monitoring of competitors activities
• 3. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of knowledge storehouse of client/project database. Including updating and maintenance of latest information for Project List (for PQ, Tender, Completed Projects, etc.)
• 4. Assist in document preparation, such as Project Strategy Sheet and collection of client financial reports
• 8. To provide regular evaluations, findings, and project results to the Head Office in China.

Requirements:

• 1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Construction and/or Engineering industry preferably.
• 2. Well-versed in the processes and requirements of construction industry projects, both locally and across the Asia pacific region.
• 3. Ability to prioriz[??] tasks well and able to work independently.
• 4. Able to work under stress and complete tasks within deadlines.
