As a Business Development, Acquisition Associate at SPX Express, you will help grow our hyperlocal logistics network by securing new partners, managing the sales cycle, and supporting strategic initiatives to optimise revenue and operations. You will play a key role in shaping the future of e-commerce and logistics in Southeast Asia.

Acquisition & Business Development

• Identify and secure new business opportunities (Non‑Shopee Sellers), and manage the full sales cycle.
• Contribute to acquisition team objectives, securing market share and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and operational metrics to propose solutions ensuring revenue optimisation and sales targets are met.
• Collaborate with team managers to define, implement, and execute growth strategy.

Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvement

• Partner with relevant teams to ensure synchronized strategic implementation and satisfactory customer experience.
• Lead internal projects to establish improvement processes and execute new initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a business background.
