Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Business Development / Program Engineer to provide support in Development activities and ensure project success. Responsibilities include track project progress, serve as a customer contact, and initiate procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma/degree in Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. This is a permanent position with office hours from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in Business Development activities.
• Ensure proper qualification of new projects and implementation of programs.
• Track and monitor project progress to meet schedules.
• Serve as primary contact with customers on sensitive issues.
• Work with Manufacturing on workflows and production concepts.
• Identify engineering requirements for new projects.
• Plan and execute tooling qualification activities.
