VQ PRO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Data Analyst (Fresh Graduates Welcome) to turn numbers into decisions for a team of Wealth Managers.

This entry-level role is full-time and based at our office near Novena MRT, with hands-on training and real ownership of how data is tracked and presented. You will build dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel, use AI tools for analysis and write concise summaries, and learn what drives the business and its investments.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in business, analytics or finance; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills: formulas, pivot tables, charts.
• Comfortable using AI tools for analysis and writing.
• Clear writing; able to explain data simply.

Responsabilidades

• Track business results and client portfolio performance and flag changes, risks and progress.
• Build and maintain dashboards and trackers in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to speed up analysis, research and reports.
• Keep business and client records accurate and flag anomalies.
• Prepare short summaries of market trends for the team.
• Handle ad hoc data requests and suggest process improvements.

Turn numbers into decisions for a team of 154 Wealth Managers. You'll join PaceSetters Organisation as an entry-level analyst, using data and AI tools every day. Full-time, at our office near Novena MRT.

Who this suits

What you'll do

• Track the team's business results and client portfolio performance, and flag big changes, risks and progress against targets
• Build and maintain dashboards and trackers in Google Sheets or Excel
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to speed up analysis, research and report summaries
• Keep business and client records accurate, and flag anything unusual
• Prepare short summaries of market trends for the team
• Handle ad hoc data requests and suggest process improvements

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in business, analytics, finance or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills: formulas, pivot tables, charts
• Comfortable using AI tools for analysis and writing
• Clear writing; able to explain data simply
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident, able to commit at least 6 months
• Nice to have: Power BI or dashboard experience, an interest in investments

What we offer

• $2,500 to $3,500 a month, negotiable for the right person
• Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, at our office near Novena MRT
