Qualifications

- Microsoft VBA/VB Script programming experience.
- Knowledge of RPA solutions and ERP like SAP.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Business Applications based on end user's requirements while delivering excellent customer service.
- Analyze system errors and work with end users and business units to resolve issues.
- Assist in diagnosing performance issues related to business applications with internal/external vendors.
- Plan and coordinate testing of changes, upgrades, and new services ensuring compatibility with current and future environments.
- Prepare user training documents for business applications and associated processes with business departments.
