Job summary

• Experience in Trade and Supplier Financing Business Analysis. 8-10 years
• Experience in Corporate Payments Business Analysis. 5 years
• Experience in Digital Channels. 5 years+
• Strong understanding of entitlement models, including user access, roles, and authorization frameworks.
• Proven experience in corporate banking channels with entitlement management.

Responsibilities

• Design user journeys and customer experiences for Trade and Payment Front-End Corporate Banking platforms.
• Analyse and document to-be processes; perform impact assessment and estimation.
• Define detailed functional specifications from business requirements and ensure RBAC is aligned.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios; assist in training and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with teams to transition requirements to designers and monitor scope-creep.
• Maintain knowledge base related to features and processes; ensure quality testing and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of designing user journeys and customer experiences for Trade and Payment Front-End Corporate Banking platforms.
• Strong Trade Domain Knowledge in the following areas:
  • Letter of Credit (LC)
  • Collections
  • Bank Guarantees / SBLC
  • Invoice Financing
  • Factoring / Supply Chain Finance
• Strong knowledge of Domestic and Cross Border Payments
• Requirements Analysis & Elicitation
• Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business requirements document
• Design and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks to ensure users receive appropriate access based on their responsibilities and organizational hierarchy
• Analyse and document the "to-be" business and operation processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment and estimation
• Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope-creep
• Team Collaboration
• Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.
• Facilitate / provide "Train-the-Trainer" on application enhancements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes (subject matter expertise)
• Testing & Scope Management
• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)
• Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request
• Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of relevant applications and development life cycles

• Experience in Trade and Supplier Financing Business Analysis. 8-10 years
• Experience in Corporate Payments Business Analysis. 5 years
• Experience in Digital Channels. 5 years+
• Strong understanding of corporate channel entitlement models, including user access, roles, and authorization frameworks.
• Proven experience in corporate banking channels with strong expertise in entitlement management, including user access controls, role-based permissions, and authorization frameworks.
• Capturing, analysing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories
• Agile product development experience

Nice to haves are

• Knowledge of features offered by competitors such as DBS / Citibank etc
• Knowledge of Technology trends eg. how does a digital bank approach digital channels?
