Job summary

JAC Recruitment in Singapore is seeking a skilled System Analyst/Business Analyst to gather and analyze business and system requirements for regional AI-driven banking and payments initiatives.

You will review specifications, map data, and coordinate with stakeholders across IT and business teams, vendors, and clients. Fluent English and Japanese communication is valued to liaise with Japanese-speaking partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience as System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, or Transaction Banking.
• Experience with requirements analysis, system design, and interface specifications.
• Familiarity with data mapping, APIs, integrations, and transaction flows.
• Excellent English with Japanese proficiency for client communications.

Job Requirements

• Atleast 3 years' experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, or Transaction Banking.
• Experience with requirements analysis, system design, and interface specifications.
• Knowledge of data mapping, APIs, integrations, and transaction flows.
• Experience in gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution review.
• Exposure to CMS, ISO 20022, payment modernization, or banking transformation projects is good to have.
• Familiarity with cloud, middleware, and system migration projects is good to have.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.
