Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Singapore seeks a Senior Business Analyst (Applications Services) to translate business needs into IT solutions. You will support requirements analysis, governance, testing, implementation, and risk management across projects.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, mapping processes, creating functional specs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with IT policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, application services, IT projects, or solution delivery.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience with functional specifications, workflows, wireframes, and UAT/testing.
• Knowledge of IT risk assessment, compliance, security, and governance practices.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and system requirements.
• Analyse business processes and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop functional specifications, process models, workflows, wireframes, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with business, technical, security, project, and vendor teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Prepare and execute test plans, support UAT, and validate delivered functionality.
• Support project planning, tracking, status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Review vendor proposals and clarify/negotiate requirements with suppliers.
• Support business case development and solution evaluation.
• Coordinate application implementation, change management, incident/problem management, and application governance.
• Ensure solutions and development processes comply with IT policies, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Provide user training and support successful adoption of new functionality.
