JAC Recruitment Consultant in Singapore is seeking a System Analyst/Business Analyst to gather and analyze business and system requirements, review functional and design specifications, and support transformation projects in Cash Management, Payments, and Transaction Banking.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar analyst role, with knowledge of payments, data mapping, and integrations, plus strong communication with stakeholders and English/Japanese proficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.

• Atleast 3 years' experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.

• Strong knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, or Transaction Banking.

• Experience with requirements analysis, system design, and interface specifications.

• Knowledge of data mapping, APIs, integrations, and transaction flows.

• Experience in gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution review.

• Exposure to CMS, ISO 20022, payment modernization, or banking transformation projects is good to have.

• Familiarity with cloud, middleware, and system migration projects is good to have.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.
