Job summary

JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced System Analyst/Business Analyst to drive requirements analysis and solution design for AI-driven digital transformation and smart-city initiatives.

You will gather and map business needs, review interface specs, and coordinate with IT, business, vendors, and regional stakeholders to advance Payments, Cash Management, and transaction banking projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, or Transaction Banking.
• Experience with requirements analysis, system design, and interface specifications.
• Knowledge of data mapping, APIs, integrations, and transaction flows.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with requirements analysis, system design, and interface specifications.
• Knowledge of data mapping, APIs, integrations, and transaction flows.
• Experience in gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution review.
• Exposure to CMS, ISO 20022, payment modernization, or banking transformation projects is good to have.
• Familiarity with cloud, middleware, and system migration projects is good to have.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.
