About the team:

The Regional Credit Operations team drives operational improvements across Monee’s consumer and SME lending businesses.

We work closely with local and regional operations, product and risk policy teams to improve productivity, resource utilisation and operational performance across markets. Our work spans process optimisation, resource planning and the implementation of technology and AI-enabled solutions.

In this role, you will analyse business performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.

Job Description:
