A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferably UiPath. The role involves driving process automation and optimization initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with security policies. Ideal candidates will have strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with experience in automation projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Power Automate (flow design, connectors, data handling, troubleshooting).
• Working knowledge of UiPath or other RPA platforms.
• Understanding of process analysis and optimization principles.
• Familiarity with API integration, ALM, and basic scripting (e.g., JavaScript).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple automation projects simultaneously.

Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with hands‑on experience in Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)—preferably UiPath—to drive process automation and workflow optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine analytical acumen with strong technical and problem‑solving skills to design, implement, and maintain automated business solutions.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri

Working Location: Central

Job Type: 12 months contract – renewable

Salary Package: Up to $8,800 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Awareness of security, compliance, and data governance best practices.
• Exposure to low‑code / no‑code platforms or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.
