Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites a skilled System/Business Analyst to join a banking transformation program across APAC. You will review requirements, map end-to-end transaction flows, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

You will collaborate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders, providing analytical support and governance to deliver successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in banking system projects.
• Experience in Payments, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Corporate Banking.
• Ability to analyse end-to-end transaction flows and system interactions.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese for liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents for banking projects.
• Understand banking transaction flows and ensure alignment between business and system requirements.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and issues within project documentation and processes.
• Coordinate requirement and design clarifications with business users, IT teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
• Support project governance, progress tracking, risk management, and issue resolution activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment to support successful project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and support reporting on project status and key action items.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
