Job summary

Infosys Limited Singapore Branch is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Banking and Payments to support payment transformation and modernization initiatives. You will work with stakeholders, product owners, development and QA teams to analyze requirements, document solutions, and support delivering projects across payment platforms.

The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of payment systems, message formats, banking operations, and the software delivery lifecycle; flexible

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's in Business, Finance, CS, or Engineering.
ISO 20022 knowledge is desirable.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRS, User Stories, and process flows.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement walkthroughs.
Support impact assessments for new payment products, regulatory changes, and system enhancements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and testing teams.
Understand payment processing workflows across ACH/NACHA, RTP, RTGS, SWIFT, Cross-border payments.
