Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably supporting or delivering IT applications.
• Must have experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis and preparation of business and functional documentation.
• Demonstrated understanding of business needs with an interest in business process analysis and re-engineering.
• Foundational SQL knowledge, with the ability to write and understand queries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users and product owners to gather and understand business requirements across multiple applications and platforms.
• Analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and proposed solutions.
• Prepare business requirements documents, functional specifications and other relevant project documentation.
• Develop and execute test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect resolution.
• Track and report project progress, issues and risks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support multiple application systems and platforms while adhering to organisational and project standards.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science;
